These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our Renishaw Optimization, probing integration, calibration, and on-site consulting services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
We provide professional Renishaw optimization services, including probing system setup, machine calibration, automated part setting, tool measurement integration, process improvement, and technical consulting. All services are delivered based on the project scope, requirements, and specifications agreed upon before the start of work. Any additional requests outside the original scope may require separate approval and pricing adjustments.
The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, machine details, technical drawings, and access to equipment necessary for completing the service. For on-site work, safe and proper access to machines, tools, and facilities must be ensured. Delays caused by incomplete information, restricted access, or unsafe conditions may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of our team.
We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Any data shared with us, including CAD files, CNC programs, machine settings, and operational processes, will be treated as proprietary and used solely for service delivery. We will not disclose, sell, or share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
While we strive to improve machining accuracy, productivity, and efficiency through Renishaw optimization, final production results may vary depending on machine condition, tooling, operator practices, and other external factors. We provide professional recommendations and technical expertise but cannot guarantee specific production outputs beyond our control.
Fees for services will be agreed upon before project commencement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule or invoice terms. Delayed payments may result in project suspension or additional charges. Any additional services requested beyond the initial agreement may be billed separately.
If the client requests changes to the project scope after work has begun, we will evaluate the request and provide an updated timeline and cost estimate. Projects canceled after initiation may be subject to charges for completed work and time already allocated.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including production loss, downtime, or financial loss resulting from machine failure, misuse of programs, or improper operation. Clients are responsible for verifying programs, settings, and processes before full production runs. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
All tools, methods, documentation, and processes developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients retain full ownership of their own designs, files, and proprietary manufacturing data.
For on-site consulting and machine optimization, clients must maintain a safe working environment that complies with local safety regulations. We reserve the right to suspend work if conditions are unsafe or pose risks to personnel or equipment.
By hiring or using our Renishaw optimization services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services indicates full acceptance of these terms.
